The end of the 1st journey(16 week)

Hi all these are the pics of the last week, even if I still have a couple days more to do, i guess the difference is not going to be noticeable, thanks everybody for the motivation and your effort. As the rest of us I think we are really champions, and I would like to thank Mauricio for all the support and advice on all this journey.

Also I took these pictures just when I woke up, so you can see my sleepy face lol...

Week 12 Update

This is the picture update of week 12.

The diet is doing great things to my body, every time a week ends the results at least to me look great. It has been a wonderful journey so far and I have started the last quarter of it(1 month to go), and without a doubt I think it will be the best.

As a side note, I have started as well an arms rutine, because at least to me arnel's rutine was not helping my arms, as good as the rest of my body.

Overall Progress Week 9


Week 9 pics

This is Week 9 of the Spartan Training, and the first full week with Arnolds diet( to the rule), and I can say that the results are impressive, I really wish that I have started the diet earlier and not in the middle of the program, but for everbody out there that is doing this training, eat well... Is a world apart.

Week 8

Its been a while after the last update, but I had been struggling with my rutines, no stamina or strenght, so I went to my local gym to take my monthly measures and guess what I lost 1cm of every part of my body, but what i loss was muscle, the porcentage of fat only reduce 0.2%, which is like going 2 days to the gym probably. So my trainer told me that I wasnt following the diet, which is true, and starting today I will stick to the diet 100%, so I bought all my chicken, fish, spinach, brocolli, avocados, etc...

I'm sure I will get better results week by week basis, and I will be posting pic week by week.


Here are the pics of week 8 as you can see there is not much difference with week 5, but that will change :)

Week 7

Yesterday I complete 285 reps... but I could not finish the 300 reps. I feel my body stronger after completing the routine, contrary to the last 3 weeks where I felt tired, and with less "power".

New pics will be available at the end of week 7.

Week 6

Yesterday I started the exercises for week 6 and it takes me around 55 min to complete the 4 series at intermediate level. My body hurts, but like some ppl say: no pain no gain.

These pictures were taken, on week 5 but I made a mistake by not buying the protein, I think the results could have been better, but maybe when I post the pictures of week 7 using protein the difference will be greater.

Measures:

Fat %: 12.8%

IMC: 24.2%

Waist:95 cm

Arm(biceps):35.7 cm

Leg: 56 cm

calf: 36 cm
