I'm Back with the new Arnel Training

Hi All:

It's been a while since the last update to my blog, but I'm back to do the next Arnel Training... which is the muscle gaining workout :). Today is the first day of week 1, and as usual these are the pictures, and of course I will be updating every 2 weeks with new ones.

Week 5 Fight Club

New update, not much these last 2 weeks. The tyler durden rutine is nice, and not as hard as the 16 weeks program. I see better definition, and also I'm getting more muscle and I will take measures next week.

Week 3 pics

Hi again, this is a new update of the tyler durden training, I think I will be posting updates every 2 weeks again. To tell the truth I have not been following the diet a 100% mainly because my new SON was born last week, so you can imagine all the happiness and family parties around, but I will try my best to get back on track this coming 4th week.
