Doing P90X

Hi I'm back and I will try to update again this blog from time to time, this time I'm doing P90X. and the reason why, is because I spent a 9 months doing nothing and sitting on a desk programming, so I believed that a more radical workout was needed.

This is a pic after the holiday season, I have a better muscle structure but also I gain a lot of weight from all the food that comes with these holidays :(.

It was chilly that morning so don't laugh over my suffering face, lol

Comeback

Hi all, its been a while since my last post, and well, I have been training all this time, so things are going good.

But not everything is good news, 1 month ago I lost all my measures and all the info on my training sessions. So from now on I will be updating my blog with information on my routines, measures and stuff like that so I can always come back to this page and have it for reference. Also, pictures will be posted from now and then, hopefully every month or so, just to keep track of the changes.

Week 5 Fight Club

New update, not much these last 2 weeks. The tyler durden rutine is nice, and not as hard as the 16 weeks program. I see better definition, and also I'm getting more muscle and I will take measures next week.

Week 3 pics

Hi again, this is a new update of the tyler durden training, I think I will be posting updates every 2 weeks again. To tell the truth I have not been following the diet a 100% mainly because my new SON was born last week, so you can imagine all the happiness and family parties around, but I will try my best to get back on track this coming 4th week.
